We got flocked! The school does a flamingo flock every year to raise some money for the PTO. Lollies friend Amelia flocked us this year. Lollie loves flamingos and it brought smiles to all of our faces. Hopefully, it brought smiles to the next unsuspecting family.
Training wheels are finally off for Lollie! It was a night of crying, laughing, and accomplishment for her. I got a lot of running in. There were many times where she would chase me with her bike. It was the only way to get her out of her head.
Natalie finished her first month of preschool! We learned all about the Desert.
Reading time with Riley.
Labor Day at the Denver Zoo!!!!
We got to see a newborn Cape Buffalo named Poncho. It was his very first day. The zoo keepers told us that he had been born sometime during the night or early morning.
The animals were so active! The Seals were chasing each other and barking like the world was coming to an end. They acted like a bunch of fighting siblings.
We rarely get to see this polar Bear. It is usually too hot for him.
I love this picture of the Rhino in the city. What a fun contrast!
There was a show that we missed. We think this guy was part of it.
It was a perfect over cast day in the 70's. We are now back to 90 degree weather and most likely will not be going back until the heat desists.
