Every year we have begun the hunt for the perfect pumpkin patch between budget, selection and fun factor. So far we have paid a lot to enter some patches, and few here and there are free, but we spend a lot on pumpkins. This year we went on a day trip to Happy Apple Farms in Penrose Colorado. It was a gorgeous ride, free and the most unique pumpkins we have seen! They had a free Hay ride, but we missed being in a corn maze. It was a fun once in a lifetime trip, but we are still on a hunt for the perfect place!
