The Crazy Life!

Lots of things have happened since vacation.
Riley entered first grade and began the weird closed mouth smile! His school picture makes me laugh, but I had to keep it. Who doesn't have a wall at their parents house with the k-12 memories of awkwardness? Riley still loves math. He recently took a test comparing him to his peers nationwide. He ranked 87% out of 99! I realize this could change dramatically over the years, but who knew a kid could teach himself basic algebra? He does not like to draw or label anything. He has started to show an interest in sports and starts Basketball this fall!
On one of our lazy afternoons we visited a duck park and played at a playground.
Below are random photo's.
Enjoying some time at the temple!
We ended up exploring Guanella Pass right outside of Georgetown. We really wanted to see the aspen trees changing color, but sadly we were one weekend too late. We still got to see a few here and there but the majority of them lost their leaves. We did make it to the top of the pass at 11, 668 feet!

Fall is here! I love this time of year with all of the holiday's and festivities!
