This is the first year I have ever done Birthday parties for Lorelei and Riley! It usually seems like a very daunting chore that I tend to avoid. The fear of no one showing up, lack of food, ordering things in time etc. In the end everything turned out fine and the girls had a blast!
Lollies Birthday party was moved to the 20th because everyone had presidents day off. We started off the party by making our own tea party hats. It was so much fun and doubled as a take home souvenir.
The girls and their creations!
Our next adventure was the fishing pond where the girls fished for necklaces, bracelets and ring pops!
What is a post without a food photo?
Opening presents is a serious thing.
A party isn't a party unless you end it with dancing!
The girls went home happy, dolled up and sugared out!
On the 21st we continued Lollies celebration with a cake, singing and more presents!
I love that my Lollie is now 6! She is funny, a flirt, stubborn, creative, loves animals and is very independent. Her favorite colors are blue and purple. Her favorite medium is clay. She loves to sing Abba songs and Scripture Power. Her dream is to be a veterinarian and own a poodle. She loves to boss around her sister and tackle her older brother. All in all, she is a spunky little person filled with love and laughter!
